Terms & Conditions

1. Swimming Pool

• The swimming pool is open daily from 09:00 – 15:00 and 17:00 – 20:30.

• Ball games are not allowed in any area of the property.

• Entry by external visitors (friends or acquaintances who are not staying at the property) is not permitted.

2. Pets

• Pets are not allowed on the property.

3. Barbeque

• Barbeque use is not allowed in the property’s premises.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: from 15:00

• Check-Out: until 11:00

• Use of the room after Check-Out is only allowed by arrangement with reception and with an additional charge:

  • Stay until 18:00: 50% of the agreed rental will be charged.

  • Stay after 18:00: 100% of the agreed rental will be charged.

5. Booking & Deposit

• To reserve a room, a 30% deposit of the total stay is required.

• Full payment is made upon arrival at the property.

• The arrival day is counted as a full rental day, regardless of arrival time.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival: no charge.

• Cancellations 20 – 14 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be charged.

• Cancellations from 13 days before arrival until the day of arrival, no-show, or shortening of stay: 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

• Any deposit refunds will incur charges to the guest.

7. Early Departure

• In case of early departure, the deposit is non-refundable.

• The guest must pay 50% of the total amount corresponding to the remaining days of the reservation.
